Her agency, Creative Noggin, specializes in marketing for purpose-driven organizations including charities, government agencies, foundations, as well as healthcare and education entities. The company has grown from just over $100,000 in sales in year one to upwards of seven million dollars. The agency donates 5% of its profits annually to causes that support women’s empowerment and is proof that a flexible, human-centered workplace is not just good for employees, but also smart business.
Vanessa Errecarte is an award-winning lecturer at the UC Davis Graduate School of Management and CEO of Marketing Simplified. With two decades of experience in marketing, she specializes in helping small to medium businesses and nonprofits create customized campaigns that enable them to compete with larger organizations. She has worked across various industries including service, real estate, and hospitality. A frequent speaker on branding and digital marketing, Vanessa has addressed audiences at global platforms like the Social Media Strategies Summit. Doug has over three decades of marketing communication experience in executive positions with leading Fortune 500 brands in the finanical services and real estate space. Doug, who most recently held the position of SVP, CMO at Golden 1 Credit Union, holds an MBA from the University of Washington and Bachelor of Arts from USC. He also serves on the Board of Stanford Sierra Youth & Families.
