Equal parts architect and air traffic control, this position will structure and oversee workflow to bring agency
and client visions to life. Your role will be the nexus between accounts, creative, and media to ensure that
multiple projects and deliverables are mapped to scope, met on time, delivered within budget, and exceed
expectations. The role requires a self-starting, process driven, detail oriented problem solver. You will
manage team resources, sequence communication as projects advance, and efficiently translate complex
information into actionable plans.


  • Clarify project objectives at start of project / creative brief
  • Define and communicate project milestones
  • Estimate budgets, manage quotes and costs with external partners
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines to track progress
  • Aggregate internal resources to ensure availability and allocation
  • Measure project performance using project management software
  • Ensure deliverables are being met in alignment with objectives, schedule, and budget
  • Proactively identify risks and alternative solutions
  • Communicate progress to internal teams
  • Coordinate and lead milestone and deliverable meetings
  • Communicate logistical needs with client
  • Organize and archive project assets, PO’s, and related project documentation.
  • Production scheduling for internal studio
  • Assist with proposals, presentations and post analysis reports


  • Understanding of and participation in the creative process across multiple mediums
  • Experience in video, digital, social and traditional mediums
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Minimum 2+ years advertising agency experience, specifically engaging with the Creative Department
  • Demonstrated success in management of multiple projects
  • Experience with project management/planning software such as Workamajig
  • Awareness of Adobe products
  • Proficient in Google G-Suite and Keynote
  • Understanding of Strata
  • College Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or other applicable degree
