Andrew Dean

President

Andrew is the director of Business Development for the Sacramento River Cats. His primary responsibility is helping clients grow their business through precise, surgical partnerships – identifying and aligning their business objectives with the River Cats world-class product. Prior to the River Cats, he worked for the American Cancer Society where he recruited and trained hundreds of volunteers; implementing marketing strategies to publicize and promote fundraising events throughout Los Angeles. He will carry these relationship-building skills to the AMA Board to support the chapter’s growth. He has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Pepperdine University.

Elizabeth Zennadi

President-Elect

Elizabeth is the director of Marketing for Community Business Bank (soon to be Suncrest Bank). Her background includes a stint in Paris where she packaged and sold digital content and represented American production companies at The Cannes Film Festival. Back in the states she has managed campaigns for Fortune 500 companies, but she’s found her passion in pushing for local growth by supporting small business. She has a bachelor’s degree in Media Studies from Pomona College.

Jose Castro

Treasurer

Jose is a senior tax advisor for H&R Block. He is an experienced advisor with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration industry, and skilled in customer service, sales, sales operations, forecasting, and sales management. He brings a business focus and financial aptitude to the Board. He holds a bachelor’s in business administration and management accountancy from California State University Sacramento.

Stephanie Pagano

VP of Records

Stephanie is a digital marketing consultant with  Merino, Barajas, and Allen Public Affairs. She has served on the AMASV Board since 2017. Previously, she volunteered as a Chapter VP and president of the collegiate chapter at Syracuse University. She enjoys learning about the local marketing community network with the Chapter’s marketing professionals. She has dual bachelor’s degrees in marketing management and business management from Syracuse University.

Meagan Douglas

Immediate Past President

Meagan is the chief marketing officer for RFgen Software. She has 20-years of experience in marketing and communications in the Sacramento Valley. She focuses her time developing relationships to better understand and connect with her audiences through integrated digital marketing programs. She has spent her career focusing on tailoring the customer experience through marketing for the telecommunications, real estate, and energy industries. She served on the AMASV Board from 2013-2014 and returned in 2017. She has a bachelor’s degree in business management and is currently pursuing her master’s degree in strategic communications from Purdue University.

Casey Mohan

VP of Sponsorships

Casey is the research director of C2 Research, a Roseville-based market research firm. Her career has been rooted in curiosity, working for a local news affiliate in a research role prior to joining C2. She adds an agency-side market research skillset to the AMASV team.  Through her involvement in the AMASV, she encourages connectivity within the greater Sacramento professional community, working with organizations to support the continued development of local marketing talent. She holds a bachelor’s in business administration with concentrations in marketing and international business from California State University Sacramento.

Karen Lewis

VP of Digital Marketing

Karen is the digital media manager for Sagent Marketing. She has 10-years of experience in broadcast media, digital media, project management, social marketing, and public outreach nationally and throughout California. Her extensive background includes strategic campaign planning, media planning, paid media execution, brand management, and social media strategy. Her technical acumen, social media knowledge, and extensive media experience contribute additional value to the AMA team. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from California State University Sacramento.

Brian Baldus

VP of Collegiate Relations

Brian is an assistant professor of marketing at California State University Sacramento and is excited to serve as the vice president of collegiate relations for AMASV, as well as the faculty adviser to the AMA Student Club at Sacramento State. He has served on the AMASV Board since 2016. He completed his Ph.D. in marketing at Michigan State University and is excited to be helping to educate our area’s future professionals.

Steven is a digital account manager for Capitol Tech Solutions. His demonstrated agency-side experience in SEO, SEM, and content development for local businesses are an asset to the AMA. His love of technology, continual growth, and business strategy are a great match for our Communications Committee. He has a bachelor’s in business management from California State University Sacramento.

Amanda Kearney-Price

Director of Member Outreach

Amanda Kearney Price is the senior director of marketing and strategic initiatives at Girl Scouts Heart of Central California. She has spent more than 25-years in marketing, with careers in higher education (Stanford University and UC Davis), Silicon Valley, and in non-profits. She has a B.A. in English and American Literature from UC San Diego and is a registered yoga teacher.

Bobby Reed

VP of Membership

Bobby is the owner and CEO of Capitol Tech Solutions, an online marketing solutions and software development firm.  He focuses on all things digital, including marketing, software consulting, web applications, mobile application development, and energy efficiency applications based on the cloud infrastructure. He has served on the AMASV Board since 2016 and is passionate about connecting our members with the best tools and events for their interest areas. He graduated from MIT with a degree in computer science in 2002.

Tom Hinds

VP at Large

Tom is a Sacramento-area-based marketing and branding leader in higher education. He has expertise across the marketing portfolio, including brand and integrated marketing strategy, research and measurement, advertising, digital marketing, and other areas. He became involved in the AMASV Board in 2014, inspired by a luncheon he attended on Marketing to Hispanics that led to a successful partnership. He has a bachelor’s degree in communications and a master’s degree in higher education leadership.
